Terms of Service

BotFast is an AI assistant that links to your personal WhatsApp account and replies on your behalf, with optional integrations to Google Workspace, scheduling, memory, and skills. The service is operated by BotFast Labs, Inc.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your WhatsApp number, login credentials, and any connected Google account secure. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account, including the messages the bot sends on your behalf.

BotFast operates as a linked device on your WhatsApp account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms. If WhatsApp or any other third-party service we depend on (Google, Creem, etc.) changes, restricts, or terminates its service, our features may change or become unavailable.

You are responsible for using BotFast in a way that complies with WhatsApp's terms — including not using it for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any activity prohibited by WhatsApp.

You agree not to use BotFast to:

• Send spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person.
• Generate, request, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or manipulate identity in a way that misleads recipients.
• Distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Violate laws, regulations, or the terms of any service we integrate with (WhatsApp, Google, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service or our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.

BotFast generates text responses using large language models. AI output can be wrong, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing important messages, calendar events, emails, files, and other actions the assistant takes on your behalf before relying on them.

BotFast does not generate images, videos, GIFs, stickers, or any other visual media. The assistant can read images you send to it (for example, to extract text or describe what's in a photo) and forward existing files from your Google Drive, but it will never create new image or video content.

BotFast is offered on a free trial and on paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance which is consumed by chat, search, and voice transcription usage. When credits run out, the bot is paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Creem. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard at /dashboard/billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and the bot continues to work until then.

We may change pricing or plan limits. If we do, the change will only apply at the start of your next billing period and we will notify you in advance.

We offer a 3-day refund window on new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with BotFast, email raihan@botfast.co from the address linked to your account within 3 days of the charge and we will refund the most recent payment in full.

After the 3-day window, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Renewal charges (after the initial purchase) are also non-refundable — please cancel from /dashboard/billing before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

New accounts receive a limited amount of trial credits. Trial credits do not roll over when you subscribe — your credit balance resets at the start of each paid billing cycle.

You retain all rights to the messages, memories, skills, and other content you or your contacts send through BotFast. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content only as needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using BotFast at any time by disconnecting WhatsApp from the dashboard and cancelling your subscription from /dashboard/billing. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or expose us to legal or security risk. Sections that are intended to survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTFAST AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BotFast from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you through the bot or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
